Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to the community and answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Monitor and log visitor sign-in/sign-out and assist with front desk tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.
• Assist with coordinating van schedules for residents as needed.
