Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Martinez, GA is hiring a Concierge to be the welcoming face of our senior living community. You will provide a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

You’ll greet visitors, answer calls, manage the front desk, coordinate transportation, assist with events, and support daily operations. The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year customer service experience; weekend and holiday availability is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presence and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage the front desk and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
• Coordinate transportation requests for residents.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities as needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of community services, amenities, and policies.
• Manage packages and deliveries.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks as assigned.
