Job summary

Atlanta Mission is seeking a Community Living Assistant for weekend shifts to help create a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for residents. You will supervise activities, conduct room checks, orient new clients, respond to emergencies, and promote healthy conflict resolution in alignment with the ministry's values.

This part-time position requires strong communication, teamwork, and documentation of daily events in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and respond effectively to crises.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• High energy with ability to engage and motivate others.
• Strong communication and documentation skills (reports, notes).
• Experience in residential or community living programs; trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client safety and adherence to house rules; observe activities and intervene as needed.
• Conduct client orientation and respond to day-to-day needs and emergencies.
• Maintain daily records in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; submit incident reports.
• Administer medications per policy and document usage.
• Build rapport and support a calm, compassionate community.
