Qualifications

• Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and respond effectively to crises.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Experience with residential or community living programs.
• Training or experience in trauma-informed care.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client activity to maintain safety and comply with house rules.
• Observe interactions from key areas to provide support.
• Conduct room checks and locate contraband per protocols.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Orient new clients to guidelines and facility layout.
• Serve as contact for daily client needs and emergencies.
• Maintain daily activity and incident records in Salesforce and Office.
• Record medication administration in the medication log.
• Build rapport with clients and foster a calm, supportive environment.
