Job summary

Sherman Associates is seeking a part-time Starbucks Shift Lead at the West Side Flats location in St. Paul, MN. The role supports the Store Manager in executing shift operations and leading a team of baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a flexible schedule including weekends, and at least 2 years in restaurant/hospitality/coffee. This is a Sherman Associates owned Starbucks franchise location with comprehensive benefits for part-time

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality/coffee experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists management in monitoring day-to-day activities of team members.
• Assigns responsibilities to team members before and throughout the shift.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and act quickly while remaining composed.
• Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
• Supports Store Manager in ordering, scheduling, payroll, and accounting.
• Takes and fills customer orders and provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products meeting standards.
• Organizes opening and closing duties and follows store policies for safety and security.
