Qualifications

• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Restaurant/coffee shop experience strongly preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides legendary customer service to all customers and creates the Starbucks Experience.
• Uses the cash register to ring orders and maintain accuracy.
• Delivers quality handcrafted beverages and food per recipes and standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment and sanitation practices.
• Follows cash handling, safety, and security policies during shifts.
• Keeps workspace stocked and ready for team members and customers.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volumes and unusual events.
