Job summary

Sherman Associates is seeking a Starbucks Moment Shift Lead in Minneapolis. The role supports the Store Manager, supervises team members, and ensures smooth operations during shifts. Part-time and full-time availability are welcome, including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months supervisory/lead experience required.
• 2+ years restaurant/hospitality/coffee experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in monitoring day-to-day team activities.
• Assign responsibilities to team members before and during shifts.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining composure.
• Model Starbucks guiding principles.
• Support Store Manager in ordering, scheduling, payroll and accounting.
• Take and fill customer orders meeting all recipes and presentation standards.
• Drive results through promotions and store goals.
• Maintain calm during high volume to set a positive example.
• Execute store operations during shifts and open/close duties.
