Job summary

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC in Sunbury, PA seeks a Coffee Bagger to operate the bagging line during weekend shifts. You will fill bags to target weight, seal, label, and prepare packaging for the warehouse team.

The role requires reading and recording production data in English, standing for the full shift, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous food or beverage manufacturing experience is preferred, and adherence to GMP/SQF practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and complete written documentation in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort operating production machinery.
• Prior experience in food, beverage, or coffee manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, or SQF.
• Stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Work in an environment with moving machinery, coffee dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Run the bagging line and operate the coffee bagging machine to fill bags to target weight.
• Feed bags through the vertical band sealer and verify seals are clean and complete.
• Perform routine weight checks and seal integrity checks.
• Verify correct bag, label, lot code, and date code during production.
• Load bagging film, labels, and packaging materials and adjust machine as needed.
• Case pack, stack, and stage finished product for warehouse.
