Staffmark is hiring a CNC Programmer in Lititz, PA for a direct-hire role on a weekend shift. You will program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality components, collaborating with engineers and production teams to meet tight tolerances.

The position requires 1–3 years of CNC programming or 5+ years CNC machining, experience with CAD/CAM, G-code and M-code, and strong mathematical and blueprint-reading skills. Ongoing training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical CNC training preferred.
• 1–3 years CNC programming or 5+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and G-code/M-code programming preferred.
• Strong math, blueprint reading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines from 3D models, blueprints, and engineering docs.
• Develop machining programs, select tooling, and compute speeds/feeds.
• Read drawings to ensure quality and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and support safety/quality objectives.
