Staffmark Group is hiring a CNC Operator for the Lititz, PA area. The role is on-site for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon-Thu).

Pay ranges from $25.30 to $27.50 per hour, with responsibilities including programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to manufacture precision components. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of CNC machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in CNC machining or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications; familiarity with quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor CNC routing equipment.
• Read technical drawings to ensure proper setup and output.
• Load materials, adjust tooling, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and document measurements.
