Job summary

Southern Specialties seeks a skilled Press Brake Operator for our Weekend Team in Tulsa, OK. You will set up and run CNC hydraulic press brake equipment, read blueprints, and produce precision sheet metal parts with close tolerances.

Work Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with an 11.5% shift premium on top of base pay. Facility is climate-controlled and safety-focused, supporting quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous press brake, fabrication, or metal forming experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the shop floor.
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work instructions.
• Select punches, dies, and tooling for each job.
• Load and run programs independently.
• Produce parts meeting tight tolerances and quality requirements.
• Deburr and finish parts as needed.
• Monitor quality throughout production runs.
• Use materials efficiently to minimize waste.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area.
