This full-time, on-site role offers Sun, Fri, and Sat shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM with 3-day weeks and potential after-hours support. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, can read blueprints, and prioritize safety and teamwork.

Travel for training may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC experience required with ability to adjust tooling offsets.
• Read and interpret blueprints and setups to meet specs.
• Must be self-motivated with strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work weekends on a 3‑day schedule and adapt as needed.
• Must communicate clearly with supervisors and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and manage tooling offsets to maintain specs.
• Complete daily operator checklists to maximize uptime.
• Set up work holding and fixtures for scheduled parts.
• Read blueprints to determine tooling requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisor/technician on equipment issues.
• Occasionally travel for training as needed.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and growth mindset.
