Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a CNC Weekend Machine Operator to support weekend production. This role involves operating CNC machines, using tooling offsets, and performing maintenance to keep parts within specification.

The position runs Sunday, Friday and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with responsibilities that include setup, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and quality standards. RLWS offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and maintain organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with tooling offsets and insert changes.
• Complete daily operator checklists to maximize machine uptime.
• Perform basic robot functions and set up fixtures for parts.
• Read blueprints and ensure proper tooling requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of time and quantities and report discrepancies.
