Job summary

ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking motivated machine operators to join our Weekend Day shift. Must have some CNC Mill machining experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree.

Produces machined parts by operating a Milling CNC machine, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment. This role requires the ability to run more than one machine when cycle time permits and to complete shop floor documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires CNC mill operation experience and ability to read blueprints.
• Prior experience in quality inspections and maintaining safety standards.
• Must be able to run more than one machine when cycle time allows.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products during machining to ensure specifications.
• Follow work orders and maintain documentation.
• Operate multiple machines when feasible.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to quality systems and company policies.
