Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred but not required.
• Care must be person-centered, respectful, and timely.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, ambulation).
• Assist with safety, call lights, and care needs; support independence per care plans.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff and team to ensure high‑quality care and documentation.
