Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum age 16 and CNA certification required or in progress.
• Annual continuing education credits are required.
• CNA certification as per State Board of Nursing where applicable.
• May be registered with appropriate UAP or driving policies where required.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic health care needs and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Assist with meals and dining; ensure a positive dining experience.
• Document resident interactions and vital signs as required.
• Communicate changes to nursing staff and participate in programs.
