Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a Weekend Warrior CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a 324-bed long-term care community. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes, and communicate with the care team, all while earning a $4.00/hour weekend differential.

The role emphasizes dependable attendance for weekend shifts on 12-hour and 8-hour schedules.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
