Job summary

Milton Nursing & Rehab seeks compassionate CNAs to join a 138-bed long-term care team under new ownership. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, providing companionship, and monitoring well-being in a supportive environment.

Weekend doubles or 4/5 singles are available, with option to pick up additional shifts and an extra pay differential. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Current PA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Active CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor their overall well-being.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Reposition residents to prevent pressure sores.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

• Competitive pay: $20.25 to $26.50 per hour based on experience and available shift differentials.
