Job summary

Complete Care Management in Delaware is hiring a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate personal care for residents recently discharged from hospital or in long‑term care.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, vitals monitoring, meals, and hydration while documenting care in our software. Weekend‑only options and 16‑hour weekend shifts with extra pay are available. We offer daily pay options, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certified to work in Delaware as a CNA.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical.
• Kind, compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting.
• Mobility support: repositioning, bed transfers, chair transfers, safe ambulation.
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes.
• Feeding & hydration: assist with meals and fluids.
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, engage in activities.
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support.
• Documentation: enter care data into the software system.
