Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver for weekend shifts in Columbus, OH to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, dignity-preserving way.

Responsibilities include knowing residents, assisting daily life, communicating changes to branch leadership, and caring for residents with dementia. CNA license and CPR/First Aid required; HS diploma or GED; training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Willing to take additional training where states require
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve and provide care per service plans
• Assist in daily living activities, meals, and social engagement
• Communicate with branch leadership when resident needs change
• Care for residents with dementia with appropriate approaches
