Job summary

Bickford Senior Living seeks a Certified Caregiver to support residents with compassion and maintain their dignity, helping them live life to the fullest. This role requires a current CNA license and HS diploma, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

You will work under a program of daily pay and participate in a team-focused, caring environment. Responsibilities include daily living support, meal assistance, and engaging residents in activities while coordinating with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• CNA license or certification in good standing.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve and provide care per their service plans.
• Assist in daily living activities, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when needs change.
• Provide care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches.
