Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver Assistant for weekend shifts in our Columbus, OH area. You will support residents with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement, guided by individual care plans.

Qualifying candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and be willing to complete CNA training within six months. CPR/First Aid certifications are required or obtainable. We foster a compassionate, team-based environment with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willing to complete Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
• Willing to take additional training as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve and provide care per their service plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when needs change.
• Provide care for residents with dementia with appropriate approaches.
