Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED held.
• Willingness to pursue additional state-required training.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Know residents and provide care based on service plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when resident needs change.
• Apply knowledge to care for residents with dementia.
