Job summary

Crown Rehab & Healthcare in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care. You will assist with daily living activities and support a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri CNA license (MO CNA).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Maintain medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Transport residents to dining areas and assist with feeding as needed.
• Conduct frequent rounds, supervise aides, and ensure proper care; follow up on any issues.

You’ll be great to join our CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant team because you have:

• Must have a current Missouri- MO CNA

• Must be 18

CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.

• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive

• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.

• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.

• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
