Job summary

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. We offer evening shifts with flexible hours and opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide personal care, encourage social engagement, and help residents with daily activities in a safe, clean environment. A Missouri CNA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• You must hold a current Missouri CNA certification.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to assist residents with daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage to support well-being.
• Create a safe, clean environment for residents to thrive.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal tray setup; document intake.
• Make beds and keep spaces tidy; participate in daily care tasks.

CNADuties & Responsibilities:

• You provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• You take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• You set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
• You make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• You perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent
