Job summary

Rancho Rehab & Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a CNA to join our clinical team and deliver high-quality resident care. Evening shifts are available, with Full Time or Part Time options across all shifts.

You will provide compassionate daily living assistance, support social engagement, and maintain a safe, clean environment for residents. Vaccination against COVID-19 is preferred or willingness to get it.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Missouri CNA certification.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 or willingness to get it.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others to maintain spirits.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist with residents' personal hygiene.
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents' space clean and tidy.
• Perform other daily care tasks as needed.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• You provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• You take care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• You set up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake.
• You make beds & keep the Residents’ space clean and tidy.
• You perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residence.

You’ll be great on this team because you have:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent
