Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking dedicated CNAs to join the Baylor Weekend Program. The Baylor program offers two 16-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with possible 12-hour options, plus an additional $5 per hour for Baylor hours.

Weekdays are off, and attendance is essential for reliable weekend coverage. CNAs provide direct resident care under supervision, with a focus on safety, comfort, and compassionate assistance.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current in the state.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to Baylor weekend shifts.
• CPR certification current/active preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and positioning.
• Record vitals, intake/output, and meal consumption as required.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to Charge Nurse.
• Maintain clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
