Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking CNAs for the Baylor Weekend Program, offering an extra $5.00 per hour on weekend shifts. The role focuses on direct resident care with weekend coverage, giving you weekdays free.

You will work under licensed nursing staff, maintain patient comfort, and participate in a program with selection by leadership. This position emphasizes reliability, compassion, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Willing to commit to Baylor weekend shifts.
• CPR certification preferred.
• English communication skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care under licensed supervision.
• Provide personal care (grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and meals.
• Observe changes and report to Charge Nurse.
• Maintain documentation and assist nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to call lights.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environment.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Assist team members as needed.
