Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA certification required or in process with facility training program accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Record vital signs and monitor health status as directed by RN.
• Provide care under supervision, support mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE usage.
