Job summary

Sanford Health - Sioux Falls Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with every other weekend rotation. This role includes evenings and weekend shift premiums, a $2,500 bonus eligibility, and benefits offered by Sanford Health.

The NA provides resident-centered nursing care, assists with daily living activities, and supports the care plan under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or be in the process of obtaining certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16; willing to complete required education/certifications annually.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining; supports meals and hydration.
• Aids with resident care documentation and communication with the nursing team.
• Assists and documents wellness and recreational programs; participates in care plans.
