Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services to provide essential patient care in clients' residences. You will perform hygiene care, basic nursing tasks, and support independence.

Travel within designated areas is required; hours may vary and are not guaranteed. You will document care, use EVV app, and maintain patient confidentiality while delivering compassionate, high‑quality support.

Qualifications

• Active DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
• Compassionate attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, shaving, mouth care).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to promote mobility.
