You will perform basic nursing tasks, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, maintain accurate records, and follow the Plan of Care using the EVV app, while ensuring safety and privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities suited to their interests.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain accurate care records.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to supervisor.
• Follow the Plan of Care, complete tasks via EVV app, and protect patient privacy.
