Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home care services. You will deliver direct patient care, assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation, and document tasks in the EVV app or timesheet.

Responsibilities include monitoring clients, supporting independence, preparing meals, reporting changes, and maintaining client confidentiality while collaborating with the care team to meet individualized needs.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including reading and writing.
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, bend, and stand.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care and understanding of diverse family environments.
