Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home care services to patients in their residences. You will deliver direct patient care, assist with transfers, meals, and daily activities, and document care using the EVV app.

The role requires travel within designated areas, physical stamina, and a compassionate approach to diverse families. A DFS certification is required and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
