Job summary

The Planet Fitness Member Services Representative will create a positive member experience by delivering a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet, assist, sign up new members, give tours, and handle front desk tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

You will also update member accounts, respond to questions promptly, and help maintain a clean club environment, contributing to a welcoming community focused on fitness and health.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.


• Handle all front desk related activities including:

  • New member sign-up.
  
  
  • Take prospective members on tours.
  
  
  
  


• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.


• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
