Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Operations for weekend coverage in Overland Park, Kansas. You will supervise the Clinical Operations team, ensure trial activities adhere to the protocol, GCP and SOPs, manage training records, and drive high-quality customer service within the department.

• Ability to lead and develop a clinical operations team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Clinical Operations team, including PTO management, timesheet approvals, performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions and termination.
• Oversee training and training records for the team; identify learning opportunities.
• Provide direction during clinical trial activities and ensure patient and sponsor confidentiality.
• Maintain high customer service and quality; ensure compliance with protocol, GCP and SOPs.
• Perform data collection, safety measurements, sample handling and in-house testing; record adverse events and follow-up.
