Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Weekend Support Dietitian in Fredericksburg, VA. The role supports the primary dietitian at Mary Washington and Stafford Hospital, with two weekends per month and optional remote work.

The position requires an RDN or eligible status and licensure in the state of practice, with salary ranging $30.00–$32.00 per hour. This is a weekend role with clinical nutrition responsibilities in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols.
