Job summary

Hcshiring in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Weekend Charge RN to provide essential resident care and supervise staff. The role includes nursing services, training, and maintaining a home-like environment that supports independence and dignity.

You will train staff, assist the director of nursing, review care plans, and ensure infection control procedures are followed while supporting residents with ADLs and treatments. New grads are encouraged to apply for this weekend role.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in good standing.
• 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare is typical; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Charge RN, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.

You Will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, resident treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safetyprocedures
• Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
