Job summary

Regency Pacific in Wenatchee, WA seeks PRN Registered Nurses to join our care team. As an RN, you will provide medication assistance, nursing services, and support resident well-being, with emphasis on dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be a current RN licensed in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication assistance and nursing services to residents.
• Train staff and supervise as needed by the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Ensure care per resident treatment and service plans; maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies within RN scope of practice and state regulations.

Shift Differentials for Eve and NOC Shifts

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
