Regency Pacific in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Weekend Charge RN to lead nursing services and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality resident care in a home-like environment.

You will train staff, assist the director of nursing, support residents with ADLs, ensure care per care plans, uphold infection control and safety procedures, review documentation, and respond to emergencies within state regulations. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of supervision in healthcare; new grads encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment.
• Assist residents with ADLs and treatments while promoting self-care.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies per nurse scope and state regulations.
