Job summary

Home Instead in Winchester, VA is seeking caregivers to provide in-home care services. Shifts include short options (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) and long 12-hour day or overnight assignments, tailored to client needs. This role emphasizes companionship, mobility support, meals, hygiene, light housekeeping and transportation as required.

The position offers pay between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, with benefits and paid training along with opportunities for ongoing support from the office team.

Qualifications

• You have at least 6 months Caregiving Experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP? Or willing to train.
• You can pass a criminal background check?
• You have a smart phone?
