Job summary

Home Instead - Charlottesville, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to support local seniors on weekends with flexible Friday to Sunday options.

Choose from shifts such as 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-10pm, 8am-8pm, or 8pm-8am, with caregiver pay $17–$18/hour and CNA pay $19–$22/hour. Benefits include PTO, training, mileage reimbursement, 401K, health/dental/vision, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP or willing to train.
• Valid driver’s license & vehicle with insurance.
• You can commute within 25 miles of Charlottesville.
• You are at least 18 and can lift at least 25 lbs.
• You can pass a criminal background check and drug test.
