Job summary

Home Instead, Inc. is seeking caregiver staff for flexible short shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and longer 12‑hour opportunities. Responsibilities include companionship, mobility assistance, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping in a home setting.

Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle, and a smartphone. Willingness to train on required licenses is welcomed. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Current CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP license or willingness to train.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle with reliable commute to the job location.
• Available to work on at least 2 weekends per month.
• Has a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with activities, mobility and light exercise.
• Provide personal care, meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Help with personal hygiene (grooming, feeding, bathing).
• Perform light housekeeping and occasional transportation for errands or appointments.
