Options for Senior America VA is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide flexible in-home senior support in Fredericksburg, VA. The Saturday/Sunday shift runs from 19:00 to 08:00, offering a steady schedule in the local area.

You will help clients thrive with personal care, meals, mobility support, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship. CPR/First Aid is preferred, with training available, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, HHA, PCA, or similar preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid (or commit to earn within 30 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Healthy Meals & Homes: prepare simple, nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and light laundry.
• Daily Mobility & Exercise: support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches.

• Meaningful Companionship: share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops.
