Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking a dedicated Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant for a private in-home setting in Holden, MO. The role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one care for a female client, with emphasis on dignity, organization, and consistency.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. A reliable driver with good judgment is essential for a 24/7 care schedule and occasional shifts beyond weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in caregiving, either professional or life experience.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers.
• Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients on outings.
• Shopping and errands.
• Medication assist/reminders.
• Ambulation and transporting of clients.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Documentation/charting.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant – Private In-Home Care Holden, MO. Female client. CNA Skill Set Required (does not have to be an active license)

Preferred Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday early Mornings 7a
• Saturday and Sunday Evenings 6p
• Additional hours may be available for the right fit with other clients.

About the Client:

She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (lifting required, but not heavy)
• Being proactive and attentive to needs, learning to anticipate needs as you get to know things goes a LONG way!
