Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning and Evening Care Assistant to support a private in-home client in Holden, MO. The caregiver will assist with personal care, bathroom needs, light housekeeping, and transfers, while providing compassionate companionship and adhering to care plans.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong bedside manner, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA skill set required (not necessarily active license).
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care for client with restroom needs and personal care.
• Assist with showering and daily hygiene, with good organization and attention to detail.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with transfers (lifting required, but not heavy).
• Provide companionship and proactive, attentive care.
• Follow care plans and document changes; communicate with family.

Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant – Private In-Home Care Holden, MO. Female client. CNA Skill Set Required (does not have to be an active license)

Preferred Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday early Mornings 7a
• Saturday and Sunday Evenings 6p
• Additional hours may be available for the right fit with other clients.

About the Client:

She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (lifting required, but not heavy)
• Being proactive and attentive to needs, learning to anticipate needs as you get to know things goes a LONG way!

• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
• Must have reliable transportation to be able to run errands for clients or drive between client shifts.
