Easter Seals Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support people with disabilities in their homes and communities. Weekend day and night shifts are available, with a starting pay of $15 per hour and a tenure pay scale. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, and a 403(b) plan with generous PTO.

• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

• Weekend Day Shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM
• Weekend Night Shift, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 PM - 9 AM

What we offer:

Our Requirements:

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission‑driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
