Easter Seals Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support people with disabilities in their homes and communities. Weekend day and night shifts are available, with a starting pay of $15 per hour and a tenure pay scale. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.
