Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Hours are 7am-3pm on weekends. Join a family of caregivers dedicated to resident well-being, training, and growth.

Qualifications

Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
All other duties as assigned.
