Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Cabot, AR, is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care in alignment with care plans and policies. You will work under supervision to support residents and participate in ongoing training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.

The role emphasizes written and verbal communication, teamwork, and a commitment to resident well-being, with a values-driven, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each assigned resident with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids.
